If you've built your career in residential electrical construction and are ready to take ownership of projects, people, customers, schedules, and financial results, we want to talk with you.

  • Coordinate electricians, field leadership, manpower requirements, materials, equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors.
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, specifications, contracts, selections, and scope documents.
  • Apply working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and residential electrical construction practices when planning and reviewing project work.
  • Identify scope discrepancies, missing information, constructability concerns, and potential project issues before they impact schedule, cost, or the customer.

  • Prepare, price, submit, track, and manage project change orders.
  • Coordinate permitting and inspection requirements and help resolve code, inspection, scheduling, and documentation issues.

  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, schedules, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Proactively track down missing information and follow up with the appropriate parties to prevent delays.
  • Identify project risks and develop solutions before issues negatively impact cost, schedule, quality, or customer expectations.
  • Manage project closeout, including punch-list items, final inspections, documentation, and completion requirements.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
